JAMMU, Nov 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has declared the services of Dr. Ghanshyam Saini, Professor and Head of the Pediatrics Department at GMC Jammu, as quasi-permanent under Rule 3(1) and Rule 3(A)(1) of the J&K Civil Services (Temporary Services) Rules, 1961.
