JAMMU, May 10: A deputation of Roop Nagar JDA Housing Colony Welfare Association, led by its president Uttam Deep Sharma, called on Commissioner JMC and discussed with him the problems being faced by the locals.
The deputation highlighted the issues like repair and maintenance of lanes and drains, street lights within the colony and Bantalab main road, completion of park started by JMC, installation of High Mast Light opposite Aap Shamboo temple and lifting of household waste on daily basis on monthly payment.
The Commissioner assured that immediate steps would be taken by the JMC to attend all these issues in a phased manner.
The deputation comprised of J N Ralli, S C Kaushal, K R Bhagnathia, Ashok Gupta, Vinod Vaid, Y S Charka and N K Bhatt.
