JAMMU, Dec 17: Nitish Kumar, ADGP CID J&K, today inaugurated a public grievance cell at Canal Road, Jammu, to address the public’s concerns regarding passport, service, and other verification cases.
As per a statement, the grievance cell will be open every Thursday from 12 Noon onwards, providing an opportunity for individuals to register and discuss their issues.
Additionally, people can make prior appointments between 9 am to 6 pm by contacting the designated phone numbers or email (grievance-cidjk@jkpolice.gov.in.), WhatsApp (8899009297), or landline (0191-2582905) number.
A similar grievance cell was set up at the CID Headquarters in Srinagar on October 28, 2024, and has already received an overwhelming response from the public.
