JAMMU, May 16: A youth was killed when the motorcycle he was riding on was hit by a bus near Super Specialty Hospital (SSH), falling under the jurisdiction of Bakshi Nagar police station.
As per police sources, 20-year-old Harish, son of Mangat Ram of Domana received serious injuries when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a bus near SSH.
He was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where he failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to his injuries.
The body was handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
A case has been registered in this regard and investigation started.
