JAMMU, Dec 20: BJP leader and MLA Jammu East, Yudhvir Sethi here today inaugurated a three-day artificial limbs camp organized by Shree Atam Vallabh Jain Clinic at Brahman Sabha Parade.
During the camp, a total of 212 patients were served and aids including 67 lower limbs, 42 callipers, 12 hands, 13 tricycles, 8 wheelchairs and 38 hearing aids were given to deserving persons.
Speaking on the occasion Yudhvir Sethi lauded the Jain community for their exemplary service to humanity through these camps and expressed his best wishes for their future endeavours. He assured the organization of his full cooperation at all times.
“This initiative showcases the true spirit of humanity, serving the underprivileged and differently-abled individuals with compassion,” he maintained commending the efforts of Shree Atam Vallabh Jain Clinic and all the organizations involved in this noble cause.
Pradeep Jain, general secretary of the organization, shared that this was the 448th camp organized by the clinic, which has been serving the community from Fattu Chogan, Jammu, for the last 38 years.
In the end, Keemti Lal Jain, Chairman of the Clinic, delivered vote of thanks.
