JAMMU, Dec 23: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today re-constituted the Boards of Directors of J&K Project Construction Corporation Limited (JKPCCL) and J&K Minerals Limited.
According to the separate orders, issued in this regard by the General Administration Department, the Board of Director of JKPCC Ltd is headed by the Minister of Public Works (R&B) Department as the Chairperson while the Minister of Mining Department is Chairperson of the Board of Directors of J&K Minerals Limited.
Administrative Secretaries of Finance, PWD(R&B) and Planning Departments, Director General Codes, Finance Department; Secretary Finance, Engineer-in-Chief, J&K; Chief engineer, PWD(R&B), Central Kashmir and Chief Engineer PWD(R&B), North Kashmir are Directors of the JKPCC Ltd while Managing Director JKPCC Ltd is the Member Secretary.
The Board of Directors of J&K Minerals Limited comprises Administrative Secretaries of Finance, Industries & Commerce, Planning and Mining Departments; Director Geology and Mining, J&K and Managing Director J&K Minerals Limited as the Directors.
