JAMMU, Dec 24: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Qazi Irfan Rasool Zargar, Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Kashmir, as the new Inquiry Officer to investigate allegations against two officers of the Motor Vehicles Department.
