Srinagar, May 19: Police today arrested a chemist at Nadihal in Bandipora for selling codeine phosphate to the drug addicts and recovered 50 bottles of codeine phosphate from his shop.
A police spokesman said the Chemist Anis-ul-Haq Shah son of Mohammad Sultan Shah of Bandipora at Nadihal.
“A case FIR number 90/2014 under Section 8/22 NDPS was registered against him and investigation has been taken up” the spokesman said.
