JAMMU, Jan 11: To listen the grievances of the general public, Kavinder Gupta, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, organized a public darbar here today and assured swift resolution of their issues.
The event witnessed a significant turnout, with people from various walks of life bringing forward concerns ranging from basic civic amenities to development-related issues.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta emphasized that the BJP is unwavering in its commitment to addressing the genuine concerns of the people and ensuring inclusive development across Jammu and Kashmir.
“The BJP has always prioritized the welfare of the common man and will continue to do so with utmost sincerity. The public darbars provide an effective platform for direct communication, allowing us to resolve issues promptly,” he said.
Several issues, including road connectivity, water supply, electricity, and youth unemployment, were raised by the attendees. Responding to these concerns, Kavinder assured that these matters would be brought to the notice of the concerned departments for immediate redressal.
The senior BJP leader also urged the public to actively participate in Central Government initiatives and avail the benefits of schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, PM Kissan Samman Nidhi and the recently announced Skill India programs.
“The BJP’s vision is to transform Jammu and Kashmir into a model region of development, peace and prosperity,” he added.
