UDHAMPUR, May 23: A Constable of J&K Police was hit by a rashly driven truck near Kud, here today.
The injured, identified as Mohd Rafiq (JKP Constable No. 816U) was hit by a truck with registration number JK02AT-5337 when he was on duty at Kud.
Local shifted the injured Constable to hospital while driver of the truck, namely Jeet Singh son of Mani Ram of Reasi was arrested on the spot. Police also seized the truck and registered a case in this connection.
