SAMBA, Jan 14: Four vehicles were seized for illegal mining in Samba district today.
A police official said that teams of Police Stations Samba, Ghagwal and Police Post Goran seized a dumper and three tractor trolleys without registration for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material in their jurisdictional areas, said a police official.
“The seized vehicles have been handed over to the Geology and Mining Department Samba for further action,” he said.
