JAMMU, Jan 14: The Government has re-designated the 2012 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer Syed Abid Rashid Shah as Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, Jammu and Kashmir, following his promotion to the Selection Grade (level 13 in the pay matrix).

“Consequent upon promotion of Dr Syed Abid Rashid Shah, IAS (AGMUT: 2012) to the Selection Grade (level 13 in the pay matrix), vide order no 14016/24/2024 UTS-I dated January 1, 2025, the officer is hereby designated as Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department with effect from January 1, 2025 i.e. the date from which he assumed charge of the post,” read an order issued by M Raju, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
