UDHAMPUR, May 28: A youth attempted suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his house in Ramnagar, here last night.
The youth, identified as Sunil Kumar (23), son of Madan Lal of Dak Bunglow, Ramnagar, was found lying unconscious by the family members who shifted him to local hospital. In view of his critical condition, doctors refereed him to District Hospital Udhampur.
Cause behind the provocation could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection.
