JAMMU, July 8: Katra police today arrested three bootleggers and recovered a large quantity of liquor from their possession.
The arrested bootleggers have been identified as Vinay Kumar of Nagrota, Sanjay Kumar of Jammu and Baisakhi Ram of Katra.
Police seized a large quantity of liquor from the possession of three accused, which they had smuggled into the holy town from other parts of Jammu.
A case has been registered against the accused at Katra police station. Police parties headed by SDPO Katra Rajinder Katoch made the arrests.
