NP demands political solution of Jammu problems

JAMMU, July 8: National Party (NP) urged Government of India to initiate dialogue with Jammu leadership for peaceful political solution to the issues pertaining to Jammu region.
While addressing a meeting, Dr Randeep Singh Parihar, president, NP, termed Jammu problem as a political problems which needed a political solution.
Dr Parihar demanded round table conference so as to resolve the issues of Jammu region peacefully, renaming of Radio Kashmir Jammu (Panjtirthi) as Radio Jammu, setting up of Delimitation Commission, strengthening of Panchayat Raj, besides other demands.
Among others present were Om Parkash Shastri, Sanjay Bhan, Karan Singh Langeh, Yoginder Zutshi, etc.
