DEORIA, May 31:
Union Minister for Small scale and Medium Industries Kalraj Mishra today asserted that the less qualified youths will get employment and financial assistance soon.
“The youths who have passed out from Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or attained education till standard VIII will be provided training so that they can be given employment,” Mr Mishra said while talking to newspersons here.
Some more small idustries will be step-up to generate employment for the youths so that they can be attached to the mainstream, he added. “The contribution of small scale and medium industries is 98 per cent, while the share of heavy industries stands at 2 per cent only. Hence, more youths can be provided traning and absorbed in this sector,” the Union Industry Minister added. The people of the country have shown faith in the BJP and the party will upkeep the promises of the people and improve law and order in the country, Mr Mishra remarked. “The BJP has taken the problems of unemployment and poverty as a challenge and will make every possible effort to efface it,” he observed.
Mr Mishra assured that the sugar mills which are lying closed in Gorakhpur and Basti divisions will be re-opened soon. He hit out at the Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh for its lackadaisical attitude that has caused delay in payment to the cane farmers. (PTI)
