Nirvana Academy organizes “Fit Women Fit Nation” workshop

JAMMU, May 31: Strengthening its commitment for women empowerment and health awareness through fitness in the city, Nirvana Academy organized its first ever fitness campaign workshop “Fit Women Fit Nation”.
The workshop was organized in collaboration with Amar Singh Club and was supported by the Little Millennium Play Way School through its CEO Akhila Magotra, Surya Groups, Bharti Infratel, Coca Cola, DJ Herry Singh, Shape and Smile Fitness Club etc. The event was managed by Creative Insights (Events and Tour Managers).
The work shop was inaugurated by Raman Bhalla, Minister for Housing, Horticulture, Sports, Youth and Culture, who was the chief guest on the occasion while Rajesh Sharma Chairman J & K Cooperative Union, Satish Mahajan CMD Surya Groups, R.C Puri, Secretary IRCS Jammu, Siddharth Sharma Secretary Amar Singh Club Jammu along with Ashutosh Bajaj Circle Business Head Bharti Infratel were special guests on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Raman Bhalla said such type of fitness workshops encourage women to take control of their health: to learn the facts they need to make smart health choices, and to make time for regular physical activity.  He urged upon the organizer to conduct more such workshops especially for the young sportswomen of the State which would go a long way in their harmonious development.
Hitesh Badyal,  president Nirvana Academy  said that Nirvana Academy has always initiated programmes with a difference and today workshop is one such effort to make a difference in the life of female with such awareness campaign.  Today’s workshop is nothing but seeing the power of music, movement, body control and grace, all packed into one  embracing ourselves to feel each of the emotions. He promised more such workshops with the help of public support.
