SRINAGAR, July 8: A man died while as woman was injured when a shell exploded in the Tosh Maidan area of Budgam district.
A police spokesman said that 40 years old Ali Khan, son of Sulla Khan resident of Shonglipora-Budgam, died when an artillery shell exploded accidentally at Tosh Maidan field firing range. The spokesman said that a woman identified as 60 years old Zeba, wife of Abdullah Malik resident of Shunglipora was injured in this incident. She was shifted to the hospital for treatment.
