JAMMU, June 1: Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture, Raman Bhalla, today inaugurated a mega dance workshop organized by Shree Ganesh Entertainments (SGE).
The 6-day workshop is being organized by SGE in collaboration with Riddhima Dance Academy. The event will start on June 2 and will last with a grand finale on June 8, 2014. The event is being sponsored and supported by IIFT Jammu, J&K Tourism, Radio Sharda 90.4 FM, Pepsi, Surya Milk Restaurants, VLCC, State Times, Trikuta News Express and Vijay Digital Studio.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhalla congratulated Shree Ganesh Entertainments for upbringing and giving opportunity to new talent in the field of dance. He further congratulated Alisha Singh (Star Choreographer from Bollywood) and Usama Godharawala (Assistant Choreographer) for their contribution in nourishing the new talents of J&K through this workshop.
Managing Director, SGC, Vineet Karihullo, while speaking said the event is aimed at promoting the youth talent of J&K wherein participants from all age groups will be given chance to showcase and nourish their talent in the field of dancing.
While speaking Alisha Singh said she was privileged to be associated with Shree Ganesh Entertainments who gave her the opportunity to share the platform and to introduce the new style of dance with the youth of J&K.
President, Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan, Director, IIFT Jammu Centre, Preeti Sultan, Center Head, VLCC-Jammu, Reema Khajuria) while Rohit Koul (Event Coordinator), Amit Kumar (RDA), Shiv Bahadur and Raj Bahadur were also present on the occasion.
