JAMMU: The border festival of Baba Chamliyal shrine situated close to Indo-Pak border in Samba district will be celebrated on June 26, an official said.
Pak rangers also take part in the mela on this side and offer chadar at the shrine of Baba, he said here.
A week-long festival of Baba Sidh Goriya in village Swankha will also be celebrated from July 6, he said.
MLA from Vijaypur segment Surjit Singh Slathia chaired meetings of the district administration at the shrines of Baba Sidh Goriya and Baba Chamliyal and took stock of the arrangements made for the annual festivals. (Agencies)
