JAMMU, June 4: Member Parliament (MP) and Chairman Trustee, J&K Dharmarth Trust Dr Karan Singh along with Vikramaditya Singh, Ajatshatru Singh and Retd Major General RS Jamwal visited Kheer Bhawani temple, Tullamulla, Ganderbal.
After paying obeisance at Mata Kheer Bhawani temple, where Annual Mela is being held on June 6, Dr Singh went around the shrine complex and took stock of arrangements being made by the administration and J&K Dharmarth Trust for the pilgrims.
Dr Karan Singh directed the staff of the trust to ensure that devotees do not face any sort of inconvenience and provide all the facilities to the devotees during the Mela.
He also requested the State administration and concerned authorities to ensure foolproof security and cleanliness in and around the shrine complex.
