JAMMU, June 7: The executive body of J&K Shiromani Akali Dal (B), Jammu, has strongly condemned the unfortunate incident that took place at Sri Akal Takhat Sahib (Golden Temple), Amritsar on Friday.
In a specially convened meeting today, the president of SAD (B), Jatheder Mohinder Singh and all other members made a fervent appeal to president, SGPC, Avtar Singh Makker and Chief Minister of Punjab, Prakash Singh Badal to take a strong exception of the untoward incident and take appropriate measures to enquire into the happening and book the culprits.
He said Government should take all possible means to check these activities in future also through a proper intelligence mechanism so that the community is not put to shame.
