JAMMU, July 9: Police today recovered Reliance Tower batteries worth Rs 1.30 lakh, which had been stolen by three thieves on Gandarwan-Tanda road in Akhnoor.
Recoveries were made after the arrests of Romi Pawar, Gandarwan and Varinder Kumar of Dayaran, Akhnoor. Third accused in the case, Arun Kumar of Mera Mandriyan was absconding.
The theft had taken place few days back.
Arrests and recoveries were made by a police team headed by SHO Akhnoor Mahesh Sharma.
