SAMBA, Mar 12: Police in Samba district claimed to have seized six dumpers for illegal mining in Samba and Ghagwal areas.
Teams of Police Station Samba, Police Posts Supwal, Mansar, and Rakh Amb Talli, and Rajpura seized the vehicles while transporting the construction mineral illegally, a police official said.
Post seizure, he said, the vehicles were handed over to the District Mineral Officer (DMO) Samba for further action in the matter.
