JAMMU, Mar 26: The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has ordered the transfer and posting of several forest officers in Jammu and Kashmir.
As per an order, Anup Kumar Soni, Conservator of Forests, North Circle, Sopore, who also held additional charge as DFO, Working Plan-I, Kehmil Division, Kupwara, has been relieved to take up his new assignment in the Chandigarh segment.
Sarvesh Rai, PCCF (Wildlife)/Chief Wildlife Warden, J&K, will also hold charge of CCF, Eco-Tourism, the order said.
Pradeepchandra P Wahule, Conservator of Forests, East Circle, Jammu, has been assigned additional charge of Conservator of Forests, Research and Trainings, J&K, order said.
Similarly, Irfan Ali Shah, Conservator of Forests, Eco-Tourism, has been transferred and posted as Conservator of Forests, North Circle, and will also hold additional charge as DFO, Working Plan-I, Kehmil Forest Division, Kupwara.
