Servant held with stolen items

JAMMU, June 14: Peer Mitha police arrested servant of a crockery shop along with large quantity of stolen items.
A police spokesman said that, on June 12, Kamal Gupta of Lakhdata Bazar, owner of Kamal Crockery House had given a written application at Police Station Peer Mitha, stating therein that his servant namely Bheem Kumar alias Prince, son of Dilip Raj of Potali Brahmana had committed theft in his shop and had taken away crockery items.
Accordingly a case under FIR number 44/14 under Section 381 RPC was registered at police station Peer Mitha and investigation started.
During course of investigation accused Bheem Kumar alias Prince was arrested and stolen crockery items were recovered from his possession.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
Police team headed by SHO Peer Mitha police station SI Mashkoor Ahmed Giri made the arrest under the supervision of DySP Kulbir Handa and SP City Yougal Manhas.
