JAMMU, June 21: An Army recruitment rally will be conducted from July 11 to July 20 2014 at Zorawar Stadium, here at Sunjuwan.
The recruitment rally is being organized for recruitment in the post of Soldier General Duties (GD), Soldier Technical and Soldier Clerk/ Soldier Store-Keeper-Technical (SKT) for the candidates of districts Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri, Poonch and Reasi.
All interesting candidates should reach the marshalling area before the commencement of screening. Candidates of samba district (all categories) are advised to be present at the venue of the rally on July 11, 2014, Kathua district on July 12, 2014, Tehsils RS Pura and Bishnah of Jammu district on July 13, 2014, Tehsil Jammu and Akhnoor of Jammu district on July 14, 2014, Poonch district on July 15, 2014, Rajouri district on July 16, 2014, Udhampur and Reasi districts on July 17, 2014, from 5 AM to 9 AM.
The Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for all categories will be held at Zorawar Stadium (Sunjuwan) on July 27, 2014. Medical examination will be conducted only for those candidates who pass the Physical Fitness Tests, the Physical Measurement Tests and whose documents are in order.
For further details candidates may contact/visit the Army Recruitment Office near BC Road Rehari Chowk, Jammu/ the nearest Army unit/the Sainik Board Office/DC Office. All Hindus of J&K will be considered as Dogra.
Candidates having tattoos/ engravings of small size on inner face of arm and dorsum of hand will be acceptable for recruitment in the Indian Army.
