DODA, June 21: Gandoh police today arrested a person along with 8 kilograms of forest produce ‘nagchatri’.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Gandoh police station laid a naka and intercepted a person, who was moving under mysterious circumstances.
During checking, police recovered 8 kilograms of nagchatri and arrested the person, who has been identified as Mohammad Aslam, son of Mohammad Musa, a resident of Manoo, tehsil Gandoh.
A case under FIR number 50/14 under Section 379 RPC and 6 Forest Act has been registered against the accused at police station Gandoh and investigation started.
