Kapil Pangotra, S/o DN Pangotra, R/o Jammu, who has been conferred with the prestigious Sher-i-Kashmir Sports Award for his outstanding contribution in the field of Taekwondo. He was presented the award by Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah in the presence of Minister for Sports, Raman Bhalla. Mr Pangotra, who is presently working with the Department of Rural Development, was felicitated by his Director, Shafiq Ahmed Raina for this landmark achievement.
