Mula Ram asks Govt to redress problems of Raipur-Domana constituency people

JAMMU, June 30: Former Minister and vice president, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Mula Ram said that there is an acute shortage of electricity, drinking water and ration supply in the Kandi belt of Raipur Domana and the Government should immediately address these problems.
He said this while addressing public meetings in Raipur Doman constituency.
He said that work on various development projects has been abandoned, resulting in bad condition of roads and link roads in the area.
Expressing concern over the price hike of essential commodities, he said that BJP Government has failed to control the prices and instead has raised unprecedented and unfair hike in railway fares before the budget, has shown the true colour of BJP.
He predicted that the prices of essential commodities in coming days are likely to go beyond the reach of common man.
Mula Ram urged upon the Government to implement the Food Security Bill in the State, which was passed by Congress led UPA Government so that poor section of society in the State is benefited.
Former Minister further said that since there is great resentment amongst the educated unemployed youth like engineers, post-graduates, graduates and others and State Government should immediately launch fast track recruitment drive so that maximum youth are absorbed in the Government and Semi Government Departments against vacant posts.
