JAMMU, July 3: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion based at Kalal under Uniform Force today provided furniture items to Government schools located in remote areas of Kalal like Rajal, Dharat, Kalal, Bhagnoti Nala, Tala Dambari and Guni panchayats.
Sitting benches, chairs, blackboards and almirahs were among the furniture items that were distributed by the Army to providing better conditions for education.
The students, parents and the teachers appreciated the efforts of the Army and said that such projects have strengthened the bond between the locals and the Indian Army.
