Modi is BJP’s leader in both houses of Parliament

NEW DELHI :  Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the  BJP’s leader in both Houses of Parliament, the party announced  today.
In the newly constituted BJP Parliamentary Party Executive Committee, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh is the Deputy Leader of the Party in Lok Sabha.
Deputy Leader of the Party in Rajya Sabha is Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, the BJP announced.    Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu is the Government’s Chief Whip in Parliament, BJP said.    BJP’s Deputy Chief Whip in Lok Sabha is Santosh Gangwar.        Prakash Javadekar is the Deputy Chief Whip in Rajya Sabha.    Party’s Chief Whip in Lok Sabha is Rajasthan MP Arjun Ram Meghwal while Chief Whip in Rajya Sabha is Avinash Rai Khanna (Punjab).
Secretary in Lok Sabha is Ganesh Singh (Madhya Pradesh), Secretary in Rajya Sabha is Bhupendra Yadav (Rajasthan) and Treasurer is PC Mohan (Karnataka), the party said. (AGENCIES)
