JWAM threatens bandh if power cuts not stopped

JAMMU, July 14: The residents of Jammu West including traders of the area held protest demonstration under the banner of Jammu West Assembly Movement demanding for regular power supply, here today.
Addressing the protestants Sunil Dimple, president, Jammu West Assembly Movement has threatened to call for the Jammu bandh in case power cuts in the Jammu region and city were not stopped immediately.
Dimple demanded the Chief Minister to install the fresh new receiving station of 50 MVA at Janipur to overcome the load problem and the curtailment of power.
Dimple appealed to all parties, traders and people to get united against the discrimination of the Govt and for the power cuts as also for the Jammu bandh.
