Srinagar, July 14: Police have arrested a militant of Al-Barak outfit in Handawara area of frontier district of Kupwara last night.
Police said that during naka check at Chogul, one Mohammad Jamal Bhat, a Pakistan trained militant son of Abdul Aziz resident of Sodal, was apprehended.
However, no arms were recovered from his possession. Police have registered a case and investigation is on.
