JAMMU, July 25: All Income Tax Offices in J&K will remain open on July 26 and 27 from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm for accepting the returns.
As per order issued by AK Thatai, Commissioner of Income Tax, J&K, Jammu, special arrangements have also been made to facilitate the tax payers and to avoid any difficulties for filing the returns.
This order has been issued in view of order under Section 119 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 issued vide F.No. 225/121/2014/ITA.II dated July 24, 2014, by the Central Board of Direct Taxes, New Delhi.
