JAMMU, July 28: The Government today constituted a nine-member Governing Committee headed by Social Welfare Minister to manage the over all funding, monitoring and functioning of J&K State Child Protection Society (JKSCPS).
While Minister for Social Welfare would be Chairperson, Secretary SWD Member- Secretary, Secretary Finance Department, Secretary Home Department, Secretary School Education Department, Secretary Health and Medical Education Department, Secretary Labour and Employment and Secretary Law & Justice Department will be its Members.
The meeting of the Governing Committee shall be held at least once in every six months.
