JTC discusses demands

JAMMU, Aug 1: Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front in its meeting today held under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita expressed grave concern over 16 hour power cut in the camp and water scarcity problem being faced by camp inmates.
In a statement the meeting demanded enhancement of cash assistance, creation of employment avenues for the displaced Pandit youth, holding of on spot recruitment drive for KP youth at Jagti, creation of 2000 class fourth posts for those KP youth who could not continue their studies further, renovation of TRTs and bettering of power supply in the camp.
