SRINAGAR, Aug 5: The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Srinagar, V S Bhou, has sought personal appearance of former Health Minister Shabir Ahmad Khan, facing charges of sexual assault on a lady doctor, before the court on the next date of hearing.
The court is going to announce verdict on that day. A lady doctor has alleged sexual assault by Khan in his office chamber early this year.
