The J&K Govt has adopted a Pick and Choose policy regarding issuance of NoC in favour of highly influential persons. The Criteria which has been set for issuing NoC to B.Ed Colleges by the J&K Govt for the purpose is ignored.
It is come to light that people who applied earlier and whose files after proper inspection, complete in all respects reaches before the authorities through proper channel are not being considered while those of influential people are given priority.
It is the clear violation of norms for the issuance of NoC for B. Ed Colleges in uncovered districts of J&K State. So the Chief Minister is requested by all the deserving applicants to intervene personally into the matter so that the norms set by the Govt may not be violated and deserving applicants may very kindly be granted NoCs for the establishment of new required B.Ed Colleges in incovered districts of J&K.
