JAMMU, Aug 21: Janipur Police has arrested an absconder, who was evading arrest for the last five year.
The accused, identified as Suresh Kumar of Gopal Ganj Bihar, at present Shant Nagar Jammu, was involved in case FIR number 15/2009 under Section 379 RPC and had been declared absconder since 2009.
