JAMMU, Aug 22: Sumit Bharadwaj from Jammu is one of the 12 singers revealed by famous singer and music director Shankar Mahadevan for the finals of the Benadryl BIG Golden Voice-Season 2 contest, which will be aired on 92.7 BIG FM every Saturday from 3 pm to 5 pm and Sunday from 5 pm to 7 pm.
3 singers will be eliminated every Saturday and the grand finale will be aired on September 14, 2014.
Around 50 years old doctor trusted cough syrup brand Benadryl in partnership with 92.7 BIG FM is in the final leg of the Benadryl BIG Golden Voice-Season 2 contest.
The radio based singing talent hunt contest launched its season 2 after witnessing a tremendous success in its first season. The contest is being conducted across the network’s 45 stations to identify the one ‘BIG Golden voice’ of the country.
Bollywood’s popular singer Shankar Mahadevan will judge the final round of twelve shortlisted contestants battling it out for a golden opportunity to sing in an upcoming Bollywood film.
Speaking of the talent that has been shortlisted from season 2’s beginning till its finale stage, Mr Mahadevan stated, “I am astounded looking at the talent that exists in our country”.
