ANANTNAG, Aug 23: A Lok Adalat was organized at Court Complex Bijbehara under the chairmanship of Chairman, Tehsil Legal Services Committee, Bijbehara and Madan Lal for amicable settlement of cases referred to the Lok Adalat.
One bench was presided over by Sub judge Bijbehara and Madan Lal, Advocate Khurshed Iman and Advocate Mohammad Amin Dar attended the bench as member.
As many as 37 electricity cases were taken up during the Lok Adalat, out of which 31 cases were settled amicably on spot.
