4 injured in road mishap

JAMMU, Aug 27: Four persons were injured after a rashly driven minibus hit two cars and later turned turtle at National Highway Bari Brahmana this evening.
According to police, a minibus bearing number JK02 BF 2880 which was on its way from Four Number Factory to Jammu had an altercation with the driver of a tanker who was on its way to Samba.
Instead of going to Jammu, the driver of mini bus turned his vehicle towards Samba and chased the tanker. In this process the minibus hit a maruti car bearing number JK2AM 4170 first. As the mini bus was  in fast speed it on a way ahead hit  Hyundai Ascent bearing number JK21 2899. As the driver failed to control the vehicle which was in high speed it later hit the divider on NH and turned turtle resulting into injuries to four persons, police added.
Police said out of four injured two have been admitted in OM Hospital Bari Brahmana and two in GMC Jammu for treatment.
The driver of the Mini Bus Ghan Sham Sharma was arrested by Bari Brahmana Police which has registered a case in this regard also.
