JAMMU, Sept 4: The residents of lane number 3, Block A Upper Shiv Nagar have expressed their concern over the failure of the authorities for resuming the work on the lane in the area.
The residents said that the lane is in worst condition and it is totally difficult for the old and infirm people to walk over this lane after the restoration work on the same was abandoned by the authorities.
In an appeal to Government the residents demanded that the restoration work on the lane be taken up in hand immediately failing which they will be forced to come to streets.
They said after digging the lane over some months back the authorities failed to restore it completely and it is very difficult for the people to walk over it.
