NEW DELHI : The Haryana Goverrnment will send 50 thousand blankets for flood affected people of Jammu and Kashmir. “Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has announced to send 50 thousand blankets for flood affected people of J&K,”AICC General secretary incharge for Haryana Shakeel Ahmed said today.
He urged others states to come forward to pitch in for relief efforts for the flood hit.
The Haryana Government’s announcement comes a day after Congress president Sonia Gandhi instructed Congress Chief Ministers to contribute towards relief/rehabilitation measures in J&K.
