JAMMU, Sept 11: In connection with the Hindi Diwas, Jammu and Kashmir Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti today held a Kavi Samelan here at K L Saigal Hall Jammu.
Anjali Sharma Director Doordarshan Kendra, Jammu was the chief guest while Sardar Pritpal Singh, noted Urdu writer, presided over the function. Prof Satpal Shree Vats Sancalak JKRBPS, also shared the presidium.
The Prominent poets of the State who recited their poems on the occasion, included Prof Raj Kumar , Susheel Begana , Shreansh Jain , Dr Sudhir Mahajan , Sanheev Bhasin , Shekh Mohd. Kalyan, Krishan Sharma , Kamal Choudhary, Pawan Khajuria, Abhijeet Singh, Kiran Kanchan, Abhaya Singh Bhadwal , Rajweshwer Bhakhri, Soniya Upadhta , Shakti Singh , Pawan Khajuria , Kewal Kumar Kewal , Jeet Singh , Uma Sharma and Sunamika Gandhi .
