NSF castigates absence of Hurriyat leaders in hour of catastrophe

JAMMU, Sept 11: Expressing concern over loss of lives and property in Valley due to flash floods, National Secular Forum (NSF) has questioned the absence of Hurriyat Conference leaders, who have gone missing in the hour of catastrophe in Kashmir valley, when entire country has been engaged to ensure safety of Kashmiris.
Addressing media persons, NSF President Sukhdev Singh said that the same Army, which has been abused by separatist Kashmiris, along with teams of NDRF has been responding the situation to save all the people, by risking their own lives.
“Why Hurriyat and other separatist leaders are silent and are missing from whole scene when the gullible masses are waiting for help”, NSF President said.
Singh further said that the other most striking feature of the tragedy was the stoic silence maintained by the ‘separatists’, the ‘self proclaimed messiahs’ of Kashmiri people over the humane approach of the Army personnel against whom these separatists spared no opportunity to spit venom.
