JAMMU, Sept 14: Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust has come forward for providing immediate assistance to flood affected and helpless families of Jammu and Kashmir.
In its first phase, the Trust with the assistance and cooperation of Marbadhi Yuva Manch, distributed packets containing 26 items among the 110 flood hit families in Pirkho area of Jammu.
Proper survey and verification of the sufferers was obtained and ration aid was distributed among them. A team of efficient Doctors also accompanied the unit for providing medical help and medicines to the effected people.
The distribution work was organized in a phased manner by Pawan Shastri and Gurdas Sharma of Jammu Yatri Bhawan. Manoj Aggarwal, Nikung Gupta, Kapil Kakhotia, Anirudh Goneka, Ram Rattan Sharma and Mohit Saraf from Marbadhi Manch also accompanied the relief distributing team.
