JAMMU, Sept 15: Vishav Hindu Parishad (VHP) in association with Bharatiya Jan Seva Sansthan organized a free medical aid camp at village Hamirpur tehsil Akhnoor “Toph Manasha, Laxmanpur, Baba Basti, canal road , Gangyal and Gorakha Nagar under the supervision of Anil K Padha working president BJJS and Sudershan Khajuria, joint general secretary Baba Amarnath Yatri Niyas.
They were accompanied by a team of doctors and para medical staff supported by Regional Red Cross Jammu and Swami Vivekananda Charitable Hospital Ambphalla, Jammu.
The camp was held for three days from September 13 to September 15 and 1400 patients were examined in the camp and provided free medicines donated by Young Blood Association Jammu and Baba Medicos Satwari.
Dr Sham Lal Gupta general secretary, VHP accompanied by Karan Singh Charak general secretary BJSS assured the flood hit people of Hamirpur that their problems have been taken with the administration.
On the occasion 2000 Kgs of cattle feed was distributed free of cost among the villagers in support with Shalimar Cattle Feed, Bari Brahmana.
