SAMBA, Sept 15: The Management Committee of Dev Sthan Jai Mata Lakshmi Baba Brahmdev Ji at village Dub, Taloor in district Samba has urged upon the district administration to render assistance for the restoration of this religious place.
In a meeting of the Management Committee held here, the members claimed that flooded Basantar river broken the boundary wall of the `Dev Sthan’ and the water entered into the entire complex. It caused damage to the building, ration, beddings, utensils, sound system and all other material lying there. A large portion of outer wall has been washed away. They urged upon the District Administration Samba to render all possible help in the restoration work of this religious place where hundreds of people visit.
